Today was ECFE day and the kids have discovered the oatmeal sensory table. Mostly Cooper liked to eat the raw oatmeal. And playing with Daniel and Greg is always fun.

Sure it’s getting cooler but, as long as the sun’s shinning we’ll go play at the park. With all there is to explore; slides, sand, trucks and snacks just try to keep us inside.

and we just thought it was a dining table. Parents have no imagination
(more…)

This is what Cooper wears when Garrick’s buying his clothes. I’m not complaining the kid looks pretty cool.
For those who haven’t heard the story, our first date was going to see Jello Biafra on his spoken word tour. 11 years later….

The forecast is saying frost. At least the sun’s out today that makes the fact that it’s only in the 50’s a little easier to handle.
That’s right. Walking. All by himself!
All that time with Ellie’s paid off, Cooper joined the ranks of the walking tonight.
Only a few steps at a time to start but, I’m sure he’ll be running circles around me soon!
(we’ll have video soon I’m sure)

Our friends Jeannie and Tyler and their beautiful daughter Ellie joined us at the museum. The kids had a great time and the adults did too!

The toddler room at the MN children’s museum is so much fun! there are stairs to climb and fish to catch and all sorts of nooks and crannies to discover. Not to mention the big windows to watch the traffic from. If only that pesky baby in the mirror would stop following us around. He’s always copying Cooper.
