For Easter Cooper was visited by the Potato Head version of the Easter Bunny and by Grandpa Bob!
This is what Cooper looks like when he’s giving Grandma and Grandpa kisses over the phone.
Finally Cooper tried the potty sans pants. still hasn’t gone potty in the potty but, hey what can ya do? One task at a time.
Yesterday, Jen asked me to feed Cooper dinner. I reheated some leftovers.
“Tortellini”, as I split one with a fork and offer it to him.
“Turtle?”, he refuses while pressing his index finger to his thumb and turning his wrist (his sign for turtle).
“Not turtle. Tor - tel -leeeni.”
“Turtle?”, refusing again, and again with the finger and wrist motion.
We repeated this 4 or 5 times, until I cooked up some quinoa.
