Tractors and lots of ‘em
Cooper made sure that he sat on each and every one
The UofM Ag school had an open house today and we took Cooper. We got to see cows and ride on a tractor wagon. They also had tractors on display that they let the kids climb on, Cooper thought he was in heaven. That is until the UofM gopher mascot showed up, man does that kid hate mascots. (more…)

Sunday morning the Pattersons came over and we all walked to a great local coffee shop for brunch

He told Garrick he had to poop and got right on the potty and went

Super chef! July 7, 2007
We finally got around to putting together Cooper’s kitchen and he’s been cooking a storm! Having him make breakfast for us in the mornings is great but, it’s what happens after naptime that’s really exciting. Cooper dons his cape, apron and chef’s hat (a classic super hero getup) and goes to work saving the world! Or playing with blocks whichever. (more…)
Happy 231st B’day America! July 4, 2007
Wow! What didn’t we do today? We started the morning with Jeannie, Tyler, Garrick, Cooper and Ellie going on a 4 mile run. (I was the smart one who stayed behind to get breakfast together, and by that I mean watch project runway) Followed by a great parade with not one but TWO firetrucks. After the parade we even got to meet the firefighters and sit on the firetruck! Thanks to the Patterson’s landlords and to the Austins for each having us to their homes for cookouts. Unfortunately Cooper’s not such a big fan of firecrackers. Maybe next year he’ll be more comfortable with loud noises. (more…)
