Waverly Adeline Van Buren has finally made her appearance. Born at 3:07am on Dec. 30, 2007 just in time to help us ring in the new year at home (and just in time for her to count as a tax deduction for 07). 20in. 7lbs. 15oz, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Mom, baby, papa, and brother are all doing well.
Lots of presents lots of food (thanks Jer) and lots of great memories. To top it off, Santa left a train AND a big wheel under the tree! (more…)
Well, it’s official, the Pattersons have left MN. Tyler successfully defended his thesis last week and graduated with double masters degrees on Friday. (way to go Tyler!!!!) We had our last Ellie, Oliver, Cooper Java Train playdate and after packing up the truck on Saturday they were off to WA. Cooper’s going to miss his very best gal pal terribly and I’m not quite sure what I’ll do without Jeannie. We’re happy that they’ll be close to family and excited about the new jobs/house/baby that are coming their way and yet so sad for us. To the Pattersons, we’ll miss you guys terribly keep us posted (I mean keep posting to Ellie’s blog). And, thanks for being such great friends.
