Cooper’s first “food on a stick” experience! Poor Witty she’s still too young and had to eat boring ol’ baby food. Coop decided that pronto pups are “pretty good” but thought that he needed a plate. (obviously unclear on the concept) He also sampled mom and papa’s cheese curds and had a bite of my hotdish on a stick. Cooper burned off all the extra calories by practicing his model walk. Look out Darrick Zoolander! (more…)

My sister’s husband, Connor, Owen and Gwen’s dad, my brother-in-law, and Cooper and Waverly’s uncle. Bill Beasley died early this morning. We’re still trying to figure out the cause and we may never know why this happened to such a young man. He was devoted to his family and an amazing friend and husband. We’ll miss you.

What Wavy thought she was wearing. (I thought I had a lot more years until I had to worry about her midriff) Guess I shouldn’t have listened to so much Brittney when I was pregnant. (more…)

Cooper, Gwendolyn, Waverly, Connor and Owen. What a good looking bunch!

The cherry tomatoes are growing like crazy. (my regular tomatoes however will not turn red) and Cooper and Garrick have been turning out beautiful fresh loaves of bread almost every morning. They got a hold of this book Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day and we’ll never go back. At least until they tire and move on to the next phase. (more…)
Now that Cooper can really get going on his bike it makes walks to the construction equipment a lot easier. Good thing too because we go see construction equipment about 3 times a day!
