That the box is often the best gift!

A big huge thank you to all our family and friends who took time out of their weekend to help Cooper celebrate his birthday. Thank you also to the Beasleys and the Pattersons who sent their best. We had a really wonderful time, not to mention a lot of food. Now how to tell Cooper that not every day of being 3 is going to be a party. (like tomorrow when we go to get our flu shots)

Apparently we’ve entered the, “claw handed, goofy faced years”.

We spent Cooper’s birthday at the MCM. While he was busy hoarding tadpoles Witty decided to try out stairs. Then they took a long crawl through a short log.

“Mom, have you seen this? The whole city is down there!”

After our cats got home we spent the afternoon baking chocolate bouchon to have with Indian food and Oliver.

Cooper and Waverly wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who got out to vote today.
